For brands

Sponsor a body, not a banner.

HYROX athletes sell the spots on their body for one race. Pick a spot, drop your logo on their 3D body and pay once. They race in it, then post it.

Proof the play works

In September, Marc Lou auctioned his body for one HYROX race. Brands paid $112,000.

The auction marketed itself. Every takeover was a price jump people could watch and share. Higgsfield, an AI video company, took every open spot in one day, and other brands bid back. Then he raced in their logos and finished 1st in his age group.

Marc ran it on his own site, to more than 400,000 followers on X. SponsBody isn’t affiliated with him. Results depend on each athlete’s audience, and so do prices: athletes set them, and we suggest them from their reach. Read the case study

Why it works

A banner gets scrolled past. A bidding war gets shared.

The auction is the ad

Every takeover costs double the price, in public, and each one gives the athlete something to post. Your brand isn't next to the story. It's in it.

An audience that trains

HYROX athletes are followed by people who train. If that's who you sell to, that's who sees your logo.

Real scarcity

One body, a handful of spots, one brand per spot. Bidding closes 7 days before the race, and then it's done.

See it before you pay

Drop your logo on the athlete's 3D body and spin it. Where you see it is where they wear it on race day.

Three waves from one payment

The auction, the race, then the photos and posts after it. You pay once and show up three times.

Risk with a ceiling

One race, one price, no retainer. Outbid, and your money comes back, minus card fees.

How it works

Four steps. One race.

  1. 01

Pick an athlete and a spot

Chest, shoulders, back, quads. Every spot shows its price.

  2. 02

    Drop your logo

See it on their 3D body right away. What you see is what they race in.

  3. 03

    Pay once

Your logo goes live on their page as soon as the payment goes through. Bidding closes 7 days before the race at 20:00 UTC; after that, the spot is yours.

  4. 04

    Race day

They race with your logo as a temporary tattoo or kit print, then post race-day photos or videos and mention you on their channels.

The safety net

Your logo doesn’t race? Your money comes back.

  • Outbid: refunded in full, minus card processing fees, and we email you.
  • Paid after the spot sold or bidding closed: refunded in full, fees included.
  • Athlete doesn't race, or races without your logo: full refund.
  • The athlete is paid only after the race and their race-day photos.

FAQ

Questions brands ask

How does a brand pay, and what does it get?

A brand opens an athlete's page, picks a spot, uploads its logo and pays the price shown through Stripe's checkout. It does not need a SponsBody account. The logo appears on the athlete's page once the payment goes through. At the race the athlete wears the logo where and as shown on the page, and the brand gets race-day photos or videos plus mentions on the athlete's social channels. Stripe sends a receipt.

Can a brand choose which spot it gets?

Yes. The athlete decides which spots are for sale (chest, upper back, shoulders, quads, biceps, lower back, forearms, calves and triceps), and each spot has its own price. A brand picks a spot that is for sale on the athlete's 3D model, uploads its logo and sees it on the body before paying.

What if another brand takes over my spot?

Until bidding closes, another brand can take a spot over by paying double the current price. If that happens, SponsBody refunds the first brand's payment in full, minus card processing fees, to the card it paid with, and emails it. While bidding is open, the first brand can take the spot back by paying double the new price.

How does a brand know an athlete's reach is real?

Athletes connect their own social accounts, and SponsBody reads followers, average views per post and engagement rate from the platform, not from the athlete. The athlete's page shows a Verified badge per platform with the date of the last update. If no account is connected, the page says Not verified. SponsBody does not promise any particular reach or result.

Is the logo a temporary tattoo or a kit print?

The athlete chooses for each race: temporary tattoos on skin, logos printed on the race kit, or both, spot by spot. Temporary tattoos come off after the race. The athlete's page shows how the logos will be worn.

What happens if the athlete does not race?

If the athlete does not race, or races without the brand's logo, the brand gets a full refund. The athlete is not paid for those spots.

Which logos are accepted?

A brand must own its logo or have the right to use it, and the logo must follow SponsBody's content rules: nothing that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights, nothing hateful, harassing, violent, sexual, discriminatory, false or misleading, and nothing that promotes tobacco or nicotine products, weapons, illegal drugs or gambling. SponsBody or the athlete may refuse a logo that breaks the terms or the race's rules, and the brand is then refunded, minus card processing fees.

When does bidding close?

Bidding closes 7 days before the race at 20:00 UTC, so logos can be printed in time. After that, the spot belongs to the last brand that paid.

The first brand pays the least.

Every takeover costs double the current price, so the first brand on a spot pays the least for it. Join the sponsor list to hear first when athletes open their spots, or try the demo athlete: drop your logo, spin the body, see the price. It’s a preview, so nothing is charged.
